Fun with flowers

Ever since I saw this show that Rhonna Farrer did on making flowers I have wanted to make some.  So Monday I went to Hobby Lobby and got some fabric.  Yesterday and today I spent some time making them.  They are simple to make but very time consuming.  It took me 2 hours just to cut and melt 4 flowers.  But the results are gorgeous. I ended up doing 7 flowers.  Two I will keep and the rest I will give to friends.

Victoria modeling her new flower.  She wanted wear it right after I put it together.  Even after I told her it was still wet from the glue she still wanted to wear it.

One thing that I do not enjoy about crafts like is this is that I have a mess to clean up.  That is why I love digital scrapbooking so much.  No mess.
