July was a fun month and thank goodness it was not as busy as June. For the 4th of July we took the kids swimming and then went over to my parents and had dinner and then just sat and played games out in the back. We also had fun hola hooping.
On July 14th our stake go a chance to make a float for the Days of 47 youth parade. So bright and early we headed downtown so we could walk in the parade. Here are some pictures of the float. We received Honorable Mention so our float was in the Days for 47 Parade.
After the Youth Parade we went home grab Tiffany and headed up to my brother’s house for a family get together. We had pizza the kids got to play with legos, littles pet shop and just have fun playing with there cousins.
On Monday the 16th we went over to Southtown Expo for the float preview. The kids got there faces painted and we got to see som of the floats that were going to be in the parade. They really had some cute floats.
