Pizza

I think I have mentioned this before but I love this website called Everyday Food Storage.  She has videos and recipes on how to use your food storage in your everyday cooking.  One day I visited and there was a video about frozen pizzas. I watched the video and it looked really good and easy.  So last night I was deciding what to make for dinner.  I was kind of craving chicken quesadillas.Then I remembered this pizza. I halved the recipe because I was really not in the mood to make 4 pizza’s.  OMGosh I was so good.  I had some sausage in the freezer that I cooked while the dough was kneading.  I did read the recipe wrong and made to much sauce put it was still good.  The sauce was very garlicky which is what I like.  And now I have a pizza in my freezer for another day.
