Shiela’s Baby Shower

Saturday we finally had Sheila’s baby shower. It turned out great. Saturday I woke up and 8:00 am and got started decorating the cake. It turned out pretty good. It was a lot of fun to make.

The baby shower was from 12 to 2 pm so we served lunch. We had chicken salad sandwiches, fruit salad, chips and dip and my favorite a chocolate fountain.

After we ate we played some games. The first game we play as everyone was getting here. I typed up famous women and taped them on everyone’s back and they had to ask yes or no questions to find out who they were. I put Sheila’s name on here own back. The next game I typed KAYLEE BRIANNA on a piece of paper and they had to find as may words as they could in 2 minutes. Then we played guess the baby food, and guess how many m&m are in the baby bottle. Then we played guess the poop. i put different kind of candy bars in diapers and they had to guess what kind of candy bar it was. It was fun to watch everyone smell the diapers and try to guess what it was. Here is a picture of Jason’s sister smelling a diaper.

After we opened presents and almost everyone had left we took some family pictures. Here is a four generations picture. Mom is working that is why she is not in the picture.

Then we took a picture of everyone, which I don’t have a picture of. We took pictures of a David and all of his brother’s and sisters. They were all there. Jason surprised Sheila and had Melissa fly in Friday night just in time for the shower.

The Diaper Cake

Later that evening we went out to eat at Chill’s and then came home and watched 27 Dresses. After this week I am just ready for veg. My house is a mess but that will just have to wait a few days.
