I made 100% wheat flour yesterday. I started out by grinding the flour in Idonna’s wheat grinder. Then I went down stairs and made the bread. I just love my Kitchen Aid mixer it is so easy to make bread in. After 12 mins of kneading it in the mixer I let it rise. Then shaped it in to a loaf. I didn’t take any picture because I did want you all to see how funny the loaf looked. lol Let just say that I need practice make loafs. I baked it in the oven and it smelled so good. Took it out, let it cool. For dinner I went to slice it and it was doughy in the middle so next time I will need to cook it longer. The crust was really dark though. If I put tin foil on the top will that stop it from darkening as much. I know with pies that works. I think with bread too. If you know LMK. The bread was really good and soft. Brad and Victoria loved it they kept asking for more. If you want the recipe you can find it here.
About a year ago I bought some vinyl to but on my living room wall. Well be finally got it put up along with our pictures.
This is the wall before we hung up the pictures. We did have a shelf on here that we took down. We are gong to put that on the other wall next to my desk. David took it down before I had a chance to take pictures.
I would say this is what it looks like now but it isn’t. lol We have added more pictures. So if you are coming to my house any time soon you can see the finished in progress project. We are thinking of getting lights to shine on the pictures too so we don’t have that shadow. I am feeling lazy right now so I didn’t bring the photos into Photoshop to edit them. If I had I would of edited out the hammer and the speaker and centered the first picture better.
