We had this Wild Rice Pilaf at our Relief Society dinner last week it was really good.
- 2 Cups Wild Rice Mix
- 1 Cup Slivered Almonds
- 1 Bunch of green onions chopped
- 2 cans mushrooms drained
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 cups water with chicken bouillon added or 6 cups of chicken broth
- Fry all of the ingredients but the water in butter. Then put in a 9x13 pan. Glass works great, but a cake pan is ok. Then add the water.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours on 325 degrees.
